Clinical Director & Registered Psychotherapist
MACP, BPHE
For the last 15 years I have walked alongside individuals as they navigated stress, burnout, loss, and life transitions. I know how heavy it can feel when you are struggling to keep up or when your inner world does not match the life you want to be living. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach that helps clients learn how to make space for difficult emotions, reduce internal struggle, and move toward a life guided by their values. Over the years I have supported both private clients and those on disability leave, guiding many through the complexities of healing and return to work planning.
No matter what brings you here, whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, or the exhaustion of burnout, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together we can find a way forward that feels both compassionate and sustainable.

Meet Hayley
For the last 15 years, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals dealing with mental health disabilities. My focus has been on empowering clients to reach their goals, especially those on short and long-term disability. Through this experience, I have seen the profound impact of not addressing burnout—how it can erode one’s passion for life and make even basic functioning a challenge. I have worked closely with people who were once high-functioning but faced severe challenges when they could no longer sustain the weight of their responsibilities. I understand the nuances of navigating burnout and the complexities of reintegrating into work after a period of disability. Crafting graduated return-to-work plans is a skill I have honed, and I have extensive experience in successfully guiding individuals back into the workforce in a sustainable way.
My Approach
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences with honesty and compassion.
Instead of trying to push away difficult emotions, we work together to make space for them and find new ways of responding that bring relief and clarity. This helps you reconnect with what matters most to you and take steps toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Therapy is not about striving for perfection. It is about learning to live in alignment with your values, building resilience, and creating lasting change that supports both your well-being and your goals.
My hope is that through this process you not only find new ways to cope but also discover new ways to thrive. If you are curious about whether therapy is the right fit for you, I invite you to book a free consultation. It is a simple first step toward building the support and balance you deserve.
