Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

MACP, MES, Hon. B.Sc.

Are you feeling stuck or lost, and wondering how you got here? Perhaps you are stressed, anxious, and burned out and want to feel like yourself again. Maybe you find yourself at a crossroads and want to explore new possibilities in your career or relationships. Most of all you want to live a life that has meaning and purpose, and you want to remember what it is like to feel vibrant and at ease. You want to be true to yourself.

I work with individuals facing life transitions, career dissatisfaction, relationship issues and more. I am dedicated to supporting individuals who struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and/or boundaries, in creating a more sustainable and balanced life. While I work with adults of all ages, I have found a particular resonance in working with midlife clients and young professionals navigating big transitions.

My own path has had a few twists and turns. I came to psychotherapy in midlife, after 20 years of working in the public and private sectors, in various environmental, planning, and management roles. I know firsthand the experience of burnout and the quest to explore identity, meaning and values. Throughout this journey, I have discovered a deep purpose in supporting others, and in addition to my work as a therapist, I have enjoyed working as a manager and people leader, as a responder on distress lines, and as a public speaking instructor helping people overcome their fears and build confidence.
